In the US, a jumper is a sleeveless dress that is typically worn over a blouse or t-shirt.

I look forward to listening to your podcast. I see another person has already made a comment about the definition of jumper in the States. It is a dress without sleeves and usually no collar that is often worn over a shirt. Thank you for the enjoyable programs.
